Charlie has never had a bad idea and he’s always running A/B tests in his mind. He is never content with things being half-done or an opportunity left on the table. My favorite part? Project Management & Foreman
John Robert is a second-generation roofer. He is a self-taught philosopher, educator to his 8 siblings, and an expert at repairs. He is great as documenting damage and communicating with the homeowner. When he is not roofing, he is hanging out with his beautiful wife and literally studies Wikipedia for fun.
Director of Operations
Keaton is a beast of organization. He focuses on supply logistics, communicating with customers, suppliers, and work crews for all roofing projects. After graduating from Notre Dame, Keaton served 6 years as an officer in the United States Navy. He became an expert in planning, logistics, and process improvement. Keaton moved to The Woodlands nearly a decade ago to pursue a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Philosophy; he is married with 6 children.
Director of Sales
Brian is the smiling face of our sales team at Petrus. He is a master communicator, answering questions, inspecting roofs (and attic!), and walking homeowners through the process from sales to installation and follow-up, too. He’s working on his Ph.D in Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, and currently teaches 4 ethics classes at UST and Lone Star. He is married to Michelle and has 5 incredibly ethical children.

Jackie is an excellent and thorough sales representative. New to roofing, but not to sales, she took to the roof like a fish to water and hasn’t looked back. Jackie’s professionalism and exceptional communication skills has earned her a top place in our customers’ heart. Just read her Google Reviews, all five stars!

Mike Gormley, or Gomer, is works in marketing and sales and is specializing in rooftop solar as well as shingle repairs and replacement. He has a Philosophy and Theology degree and a Masters in Theology, so that’s helpful on the roof…

Caleb works alongside John Robert in sales and inspections. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest and knows hard work through the logging industry. Caleb is meticulous in his inspections, so you know what is and isn’t happening on your rooftop. He knows a lot about a lot and we are proud to have him on our team.

Josh is married with children and has worked for the Church for years. He is developing his skills in drone inspections as well as roof repairs. His laugh shakes the mountains, so prepare yourself.
