Charlie has never had a bad idea and he’s always running A/B tests in his mind. He is never content with things being half-done or an opportunity left on the table. My favorite part? Charlie unites entrepreneurship with loving his neighbor. Building businesses that are not fraudsters means you’ll make a lasting impact for the good of the community.
Keaton Lambert
Director of Operations
Keaton is the operational mastermind behind Petrus Roofing. Drawing on his six years as a Navy Officer and his Notre Dame education, he ensures our supply chain and work crews operate flawlessly. When he’s not managing complex logistics, this Woodlands-based father of six is pursuing his Ph.D. in Philosophy.

As our lead educator and master communicator, Brian guides homeowners seamlessly from inspection to installation. He brings a unique level of trust to the industry as an active ethics professor and Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy at the University of St. Thomas. Brian lives in Houston with his wife, Michelle, and their five incredibly ethical children.
Michael Gormley

Michael is our resident tech-and-theology expert. Alongside his Master’s in Theology and his work in international ministry, he is a meticulous roofing professional. Out in the field, you’ll find him flying his drone to capture hundreds of inspection photos, happily "nerding out" on your roof's ventilation and shingle life to ensure your home is perfectly protected.
