Petrus’ founders wanted to build a business that did three things: strengthened our local community, put our families on solid financial ground, and contribute to the common good by out-performing the scammers and the corner-cutters. OWNER

Charlie has never had a bad idea and he’s always running A/B tests in his mind. He is never content with things being half-done or an opportunity left on the table. My favorite part? Charlie unites entrepreneurship with loving his neighbor. Building businesses that are not fraudsters means you’ll make a lasting impact for the good of the community.

    JOHN ABRAHAM

    OWNER

    John has been climbing roofs since he was 18. He built most of Houston’s drainage systems, which is quite a feat when the city is practically 8 inches above sea level. His focus is on the craft of building and getting good work crews together. John is always saying, “I got a guy for that…” about anything because he’s been in the game for a generation, and now his son is following him.

      Sales & Project Management

      John Robert, or John John, is a sales and inspection pro. He works well with the insurance adjuster and always communicates with homeowner during the process. He’s been roofing for years and handles a lot of our repairs. He is another amateur philosopher. He’s the oldest of 9 siblings and is about to get married, which he’s super excited to start a family. He got his start working alongside his dad, John, one of the owners of Petrus Roofing and Solar!

        Project Manager

        Keaton is a beast of organization. He focuses on builds and supply logistics, communicating with customers, suppliers, and work crews for all roofing projects. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Keaton served 6 years as an officer in the United States Navy. He developed expertise in project management, planning, logistics, and process improvement. Keaton moved to The Woodlands nearly a decade ago to pursue a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Philosophy; he is married with 6 children.

          Brian Jones

          Sales Lead, Ethics Professor

          Brian is the smiling face of our sales team at Petrus. He is a master communicator, answering questions, inspecting roofs (and attic!), and walking homeowners through the process from sales to installation and follow-up, too. He’s working on his Ph.D in Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, and currently teaches 4 ethics classes at UST and Lone Star. He is married to Michelle and has 5 incredibly ethical children.

            Sales Representative

            Caleb works alongside John Robert in sales and inspections. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest and knows hard work through the logging industry. He knows a lot about a lot and we are proud to have him on our team.

              Marketing

              Michael Gormley is a full-time speaker and is the Mission Evangelist for a men’s ministry called “That Man Is You!”. Michael, or Gomer as we like to call him, was hired to assist us with media, marketing, and sales. Michael was born in Oklahoma, but his parents moved to Spring, Texas in 1998 and all of his friends in high school lived in The Woodlands. He was a youth minister, teacher, and speaker for 17 years in Texas. He is married as has 4 wild children.
