Rock-solid Roofing
We’ve got you covered. Yes, we just made a pun.
Repair, replace or relax?
Before getting started with roof repairs or roof replacement, you will want to get an accurate roof inspection that you can take to your insurance company.
Roof Replacement
If you roof is older than 15 years, it’s a good idea to consider a full roof replacement because your roof is approaching the end of its lifespan, especially with our Texas heat, humidity, and storms.
Your deductible and insurance coverage are two additional factors that will help you decide when it’s time to get your roof replaced, if a weather event caused damage to your roof.
We prefer to install Atlas Pinnacle shingles. They come standard as Class 3 shingles, as rated by UL. They have Scotchgard technology the prevents algae build up. And they look incredible. We are also GAF Certified installers of Timberline UHDZ shingles, which offer a wide variety of colors.
Here are our Price Estimates for Shingles in the Houston area (updated: 7/2024)

Asphalt Shingle
By far the most common roof type in the Houston, Texas area, asphalt shingle roofs can be expected to last 15 to 20 years in the Texas Gulf Coast climate.
Over time, asphalt shingles will lose their granules, which is the first layer of protection for your roofing system.
Metal
Less common in the Southeast Texas area, metal roofs require a greater investment but have a considerably longer lifespan, offer greater resistance to extreme weather conditions and offer a greater level of fire resistance.
Also a plus: metal roofs are virtually maintenance-free.
Tile
Upscale and elegant, tile roofs contribute to the curb appeal of your home. Not every home can support the weight of a tile roof, but it can be a great investment with a virtually infinite lifespan.

Missing Shingles
Most often wind is the culprit of missing shingles, but faulty shingles or poor workmanship could also be to blame.
Damaged Shingles
Hail is not the only enemy of asphalt shingles. Anything from Christmas light installations to golf balls gone afoul can cause significant damage.
Loose Shingles
Ideally, homeowners will get a roof inspection that informs them of any loose shingles before shingle loss affects the underlying roofing system layers.
Partial Roof Replacement
Roof repairs can encompass anything from replacing just a few shingles to replacing entire sections of your roof.
